All of our training programs are membership-based and designed to provide consistent, structured learning for both dogs and their handlers. Classes are held on a weekly basis, allowing dogs to build skills progressively while reinforcing reliable behavior in real-world environments. This ongoing format ensures that training is not just a one-time event, but a process that develops lasting obedience, confidence, and clear communication between you and your dog.
Evaluation Policy (Updated 2026)
All new students are required to complete an evaluation prior to enrollment in any training program.
Evaluation Fees - The evaluation fee covers the cost of an instructor meeting with you to assess your dog, your current handling skills, and your overall training needs.
• In-Facility Evaluation: $75
• In-Home Evaluation: $175
During the evaluation, we will:
• Assess your dog’s current obedience level
• Identify behavioral issues or training goals
• Provide hands-on instruction
• Recommend the appropriate class or program
• Determine if you are ready to commit to training
• Evaluations are also used to ensure that our program is the right fit for both the dog and the handler.
Booking an Evaluation
• Requesting or scheduling an evaluation does not commit you to any training program.
• You are only booking the evaluation appointment.
However, evaluation appointments are reserved for clients who are seriously considering training, and the evaluation fee is required to secure your spot.
Payment Policy
• Payment must be submitted prior to confirmation of your appointment
• We do not hold evaluation spots without payment
Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel your evaluation, the evaluation fee is non-refundable
• Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and once booked, that time is no longer available to other clients
• Because of this, cancelling an evaluation results in forfeiture of the evaluation fee
If you cancel your evaluation and later request to reschedule, you may be required to pay an additional evaluation fee at trainer discretion
Commitment Requirement
• Scheduling an evaluation means you are serious about working with your dog
• Evaluations are not free consultations, they are the first step in the training process
We reserve evaluation appointments for clients who are prepared to move forward with training if the program is a good fit
